As the pastor of Grace Baptist Church Vadiim says that Singerei has only 300 believers in total. He also is in the process of planting churches in the surrounding villages of Chiscareni and Ratus. He and his wife Rodica have 3 children.

Ministering as a church planter, Sergiu serves several villages near Speia where he pastor a small church plant. He conducts street evanglism and mercy ministry such as food distribution to the poor as well as children's programs .
